Our February move of the month from Vanessa is a FreeFORM Twisting Pike...
The idea is to lift your hips and shoulders as high as you can and fold yourself in half. On the return movement, you rotate your legs to one side and lengthen out. Crunch back in and repeat on the other side.
This one is super challenging and will give your core (and upperbody) a fantastic workout. Give it a try!
