Charges for shipping are conducted on a per sale basis subject to quantity of shipment,size and weights of products selected as well as location for products destination.
SALES TAXES
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to another country. These prices are GST exclusive.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

FAULTY GOODS
If a product is faulty or damaged please send us an email to sales@eyefitness.org or contact us on 1800 771 079 for a return authorisation. Simply attach a copy of your receipt, details of the fault, and your contact details and post it the returns address.

Faulty goods will be tested to determine the fault and if found to be working you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days and notification within 7 to sales@eyefitness.org.
Also please check the Publishers website for support and/or patches which can provide solutions to most common problems.
CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES
We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision however if the product is unopened and returned to the above address within 14 working days, we will refund or exchange the item for you (less delivery charges). Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and ensure they are packaged securely. Restocking fees will apply if the game is not in its original condition.
